Operated Patients Offer Gratitude to Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba:

Post-operative patients and their families from Kerala assembled in the Sai Kulwant Hall in celebration of “Hridaya Sangamam”.  These patients received their surgical treatment free-of-charge at the Sri Sathya Sai Super Specialty Hospitals in Prasanthigram and Whitefield, Bangalore, and were also beneficiaries of the free-of-charge Rehabilitation Programme offered by the Sri Sathya Sai Organisation.

Two speakers who are beneficiaries of Bhagawan’s free medicare, namely Ms. Zeenath Ashraf from Kondodi in Malappuram District, and Mr. Chandran from Kozhikode, addressed the gathering. Ms. Zeenath Ashraf spoke about the miraculous, all conquering touch of Bhagawan and expressed her gratitude for the service rendered by the Sri Sathya Sai Super Specialty Hospital. She called the Hospital one of the best of its kind in India and concluded by saying that her family constantly felt the presence of Bhagawan. Mr. Chandran, the next speaker, spoke about the transforming effect of Bhagawan on his heart and mind.

Following these speakers, Dr. Anand Mohan, the State Coordinator for the Rehabilitation Programme, expressed his appreciation for the counseling departments at both the hospitals which assist the project, and reflected upon the large positive impact of the project. He also spoke about the unique project undertaken by the Kerala Sai Seva Organisation. The first operative check-up is done on the patients after fifteen days of surgery with two more check-ups within the next three months, all done free-of -charge. This is the second Hridaya Sangamam where Kerala beneficiaries have directly participated.
