CTVS Operation Thetres and Cardiac Cath Labs reopened at Prashantigram:

After the completion of the routine upgradation of the Cardio Thoracic Vascular Surgery (CTVS) operation theatres and the catheterisation laboratories of cardiology, the departments have re-started performing surgeries and cath-procedures from Monday, i.e. May, 21, 2012. During the maintenance the Air Handling Units (AHUs) for these sections in the departments were upgraded and other miscellaneous civil works were attended to. On Monday five cardiac surgeries and eight catheterisation procedures were performed.
